Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

This year take the time to call your friends and family. Make a phone call and, have a Facetime/Zoom meeting so you can actually see them as well. Try to limit your social media use and enjoy what is around you.

This holiday season I am very blessed to have a great family, support from all corners of the world, and everything I could ask for.
